Involuntary Bankruptcy

An involuntary bankruptcy petition may be filed if the debtor is mismanaging or dissipating its assets or is engaged in other misconduct harmful to creditors generally. The involuntary bankruptcy cannot be regarded as a tactical move to coerce payment since payment to creditors may take several years.
